“Great hotel!”
The hotel was great and comfortable! We had a fridge that was broken but we asked for it to be fixed and it happened! The people at the desk and were very helpful! The location is great also. The restaurants nearby have great food and also close to the subway.

“Amazing Experience”
Andy/Dowse/Karina/Amanda was amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating. Please ask for these four anytime you visit! They recommend places to visit and also provided ways to save on our next visit. They very funny and give us a lot of information to tour the city.

“Lovely Hotel in the heart of LES”
This hotel has one of the nicest most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. Yari, Amanda and Karina were all wonderful and made our stay so much more pleasant. We had a spacious corner room with Beautiful views. Also loved the Japanese restaurant in the lobby. Highly recommend it.
