“good location”
Nice hotel, good location in Soho and great view to Hudson river. We had to change the room, which could be avoided if staff checked all before our arrival. We had a good stay anyway. Staff compensate with breakfast one morning. Thank you very much.

“Limited rooftop bar access for hotel guests”
The rooftop bar closed early for private events all nights of our stay. Given the premium rate payed during the holidays this should have been advertised, or they should have only blocked off part of the rooftop to leave room for guests. Didn’t sit well at the rate we paid..
