“Great hotel in a great location”
Hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are comfortable with enough space. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here. Great taxi service to JFK when booked at reception. There is a great little Italian round the corner on broadway.

“New York Uptown Trip”
Great location. Annie and Lynn with Hilton Genad Vacations were great conversation. Kind staff. The steakhouse bar was good but drafty by the door. The elevators were having issues but other than that, the showers were hot and the room comfortable.

“Mixed mostly unfavourable”
Having just returned from here ….very mixed reviews unfortuntely not so favourable. …. Checkin - huge queues , half hour wait …and yes we were early , dropped our bags in bag store, another half hour, then when returned for room , another half hour wait … This is an extremely busy hotel, everywhere… more
