“Great location, comfy rooms, terrible breakfast but very nice personnel.”
A perfectly located hotel just walking distance from subway stations and penn train station. Even though it has seen better times probably, the staff make up for any disadvantage issues. Good and friendly customer service. Breakfast included and the hotel prices are competitive for the location. Hotel is located well in the Chelsea area approx 10 Streets (1 km) from Macys and a bit more from Times Square. Clean rooms and good beds.
