“Fantastic staff”

“Overpriced”
Overpriced inflexible hotel. Booked the hotel for £109 the day before my stay (so I thought). Booking.com reservation didn’t go through unfortunately which admittedly I should have checked. Called the hotel when an hour away and they said not to worry we can book it for you now for £209!! I explain… more
