“Friendly staff”
My time at Broadway plaza was short but nothing short of spectacular service. What great service. Jeff was so friendly and polite and really helped me decide what to eat. “Great experience at the Broadway Plaza hotel”
The Broadway Plaza hotel was amazing - staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean and you can't beat the location. It was located within walking distance of all the main city attractions. Zaia and Jessica at the front desk were very nice and made our trip to NYC a great experience.
