“Excellent hotel for exploring NY”

“Great location but check the fees”
The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes walk from grand central! The room was always clean, coffee machine provided and the staff were helpful. The doorman told us where we could get a quick meal on our first evening as we had a late flight and always said good morning and evening. My only ... more

“Doesn't go the extra mile”
The hotel is adequate, the room was worn and a bit shabby. They seem to be constantly cleaning, which I guess is a good thing, if annoying- housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am, and someone was vacuuming the hallway at 10:00pm. I accidentally left a small item in the room when I checked out.... more
