“Great Hotel”
Tracey and Maya were phenomenal. They made sure my weekend was enjoyable during Super Bowl weekend. My room was fantastic and they also gave me recommendations on places to go during my stay. The entire staff was delightful. I highly recommend visiting!

“Amazing NOLA Weekend”
Amazing stay, customer service was great, clean, food was really good as well and environment is very nice! Ellie was great checking us out! Very close to bourbon street and to all the food and drink areas around here. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to stay in NOLA

“Super Bowl Weekend Stay”
The hotel was awesome in everyway. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very larger than expected. I ordered room service and the Steak Frites were delicious. I didn't realize how close the hotel was to Bourbon Street, do that was an added bonus.

This is a great property in prime French Quarter location. They accommodated a room change because of Canal Street out my window. I am a light sleeper. Their Lobby Bar is really cool with plenty of seats. I had breakfast in a little cafe there and they did a really good job. Now my only knock are the elevators. They are old and slow and on the last day they stopped at every floor no matter what.

“Decent but not for the price.”
Room size was great but the hotel is dated. Definitely needs a renovation. Slowest elevators ever. Location was great, very central and was able to walk to the majority of the sites we visited. Overall staff was pleasant. Cleaning could have been better- especially for a Hyatt property.
