“Employees understand the assignment.”
Second stay @ Hotel Monteleone and yet again really enjoyed it. This review is to thank the employees (Cierra @ the front desk, the bartenders/servers @ Carousel, pool operators Earl, Alberto & Gudiel and Dwight @ the door, etc) for the great customer service. Felt welcomed! Appreciate you all!

“Excellent place to stay”
I always love staying at the Montleone. With just a few exceptions, I've stayed at least once a year for 17 years. The location is great. It's a full service hotel that helps you with bags, calling cabs, concierge, housekeeping, etc. and everyone does an excellent job. Criollo is outstanding.... more

“Fantastic hotel in the French quarter .. book the Iberville tower .. it’s had a brand new facelift”
This hotel is simply an oasis in the nighttime craziness that is the French Quarter . It’s always busy .. the Carousel bar is an absolute must .. but it’s safe , and classy and the rooms in the Iberville tower have amazing air con .. which you need in the June humidity down here ! “Great Service”
Nicole delivered room service on two different occasions. Both times she was extremely professional, genuinely kind, and pleasant. Nicole made sure that I had everything I needed and even rectified an issue that was out of her control. Great service!
