“Courteous and professional”
Courteous, professional staff. We enjoyed our visit! Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the hotel courtyard. The hotel was quiet at night, even with a crowd in town for a Taylor Swift concert. Good, strong coffee was available as a free amenity.

“Perfect stay and can’t beat location”
This place was perfect! Can’t beat the location. I’m limited on walking distances so this was great. Being on a side street between bourbon and royal you’d think it would be noisy but it wasn’t. Rooms were very nice and clean. Bed was teeny bit hard but not uncomfortable and linens were very clean… more

“Enjoyed our stay!”
Very nice staff; Pierre and Aleesha and all others were very friendly and helpful. Great location in the French Quarter, easy walking to Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and tons of restaurants. Rooms were fine, lots of pillows and towels, well kept. Valet parking worth the cost.

Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. For example, the bathroom light fixture was rusty. The room key card sometimes didn’t operate the elevator.
