“My experience”
Clean room although I didn’t like the view, good location staff was friendly. Restaurant was good well priced and steak was bomb! The happy hour was also really good. My server Josh was nice. There was some military kids that were a bit much but overall I loved my stay.

“Amazing stay at Holiday Inn West Bank”
The customer service was excellent! The team went above and beyond to make my stay feels at home. Just to mention a few person I encountered is Tarya, Benni and Morgan. We will definitely be back with more business. The Room was excellent, the bed were very comfortable.

The room was nice and clean and the lobby looks great. I had a warm welcome up on checking in by Tarya. The beds are very comfortable and I feel at home. “Definitely worth the money.”
Excellent hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Had a lovely stay. Came away well rested. Would recommend to anyone in the New Orleans area as it comes with a car park a stones trough from fro t door. We arrived late and it was no problem for the staff to accommodate us.
