“Great customer service!”
Very hospitable with great customer service! Took very good care of us! Clean and comfortable. Kristi and Cluster took care of us from the minute we arrived and continued throughout our stay. During a very busy time they went out of their way to make our stay easy and memorable.

“Great hotel with even better service”
We went for the Taylor Swift concert and stayed here during a very busy weekend! The valet staff (especially Ms.Kristy!) and the front desk staff were amazing. So kind and efficient! The room was clean and comfortable. We will be back to this hotel based on this experience.

“Great stay at the AC Hotel”
Great service all around! I really enjoyed my time here and will be back. They front desk did well, valet did well and I felt comfortable my whole stay. I will recommend the AC chain to my friends and family and I will be back for another trip as well. Appreciate u!

The best front desk staff I have come across in a long time!
