“Great customer service”
The front desk clerk Marvin is very courteous, patient and helpful. I have visited the Hilton on Julia St a few times and his energy and spirit are always great. He gives guests great customer service. It’s a pleasure experiencing his professionalism at the front desk.

“Great deal. Great location”
We loved our 3 night stay. The location is great. Right near port and if you're in shape, it's walkable to french quarter. Loved the free breakfast and happy hour every night. Free water too. “Fun fun fun”
The staff was wonderful, accommodating, friendly and hospitable They took care of every need and concern. They gave us directions and offered advise. We would definitely dtay there again and take advantage of the genuine southern hospitality.

“Terrible stay”
Seriously understaffed. I have used Embassy Suites many times, but this hotel was very disappointing. Breakfast buffet and good, that’s really the only thing good I can say. Cock roaches in the room. And I couldn’t get anyone at the front desk to answer my calls. Stay away from this hotel!
