“The best of the best”
During our stay The staff was Very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean the entire time of our 2 day stay. They offered umbrellas for the rainy weather and made sure we were attended to. We did valet for 2 days & LaMonte was amazing!! Thank you

“Outstanding Location, Outstanding Staff”
We stayed here during “Swiftie” weekend in New Orleans. Pro’s -> excellent location. We walked to everything (Superdome, French quarter, streetcars) the entire weekend. O my needed to Uber from the airport and back. Staff was excellent. A special shoutout to Tiffany at check-in, and Cookie a… more

“Well…..”
First we were given the incorrect room type. When it was resolved, we thought we should have kept the room we had. The bathroom smelled like a sewer, the vent didn’t work. A door was falling off the drawer that contained the safe. A metal piece was sticking out on the bed and I scraped my leg on it… more
