“A wonderful, friendly experience!”
The staff were fantastic-in fact, the lady who checked us in would greet us with "Hello, sisters!" every time she saw us. “Regret not staying here”
Didn't stay at Bienville House, but should have. Stayed there before & very satisfied. Very convenient to everything. We stayed at Harrahs, old hotel, and very disappointed in room and NO room service available so couldn't order breakfast. Will not stay here again. BIENVILLE HOUSE next time.

“Nice hotel, great location!”
Nice hotel, great location, has a lot of charm. Rooms are clean and large, bathroom recently renovated, but the shower lacked water pressure. “So so stay”
This hotel was fine, but beware especially if you are staying in a room on the Sundeck side of the hotel. There is a train that runs often and a crossing must be nearby as we heard the horns going off throughout the night. Not fun! Also, our king-sized bed was very high so if you are short or old… more
