“Great Cost, Great Place”
The staff was welcoming and friendly. The price was right! The room was festive, spacious, and clean. The Rambler Coffee discount for guests added to the savings; the selection was good, and the video machines were a blast from the past! Next time I am in the area, I will stay at the Rambler Motel.

“An excellent place to stay”
This is an excellent place to stay. The decorations and vibe are awesome, the staff is friendly, it's close to the freeway to get around the area, and they even have a great pool and bikes to borrow. There is plenty of parking and the little coffee shop has delicious products at a great price.

“Super clean room”
I loved staying in. The room and bathroom were super cleaned. Everything looked new. The beds were very comfortable.

“Nice stay!”
The rooms were a bit small. It would be great to have fans in the bathrooms. The bathroom became a bit too humid while using the restroom and while showering. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay. It was close to a lot of good locations (eateries and venues).

“Close enough to SDSU and worth the drive”
Our "usual" stay in San Diego. A good value and consistently clean and friendly. Definitely "no frills" (no refrigerator, no microwave and no in-room coffee/tea), but it ticks the major boxes and offers more than your money's worth. And movies in the pool are a nice bonus...
