The three night stay was ok, but not what I would expect from Hyatt, exactly. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, while the room was a bit worn and needed a bit of tlc. The peep hole had toilet paper stuck in the hole, presumably because the glass was broken. The toilet seat was loose but usable—I reported it to the desk at the start of our stay and was never fixed during the time that we were there. I think it is a decent hotel, but more attention to detail is needed to maintain the Hyatt standard.

“All was great but check out.”

Location was great, hotel was great, team members were professional and pleasant. DO NOT; however, let them simply email you your receipt, do not leave without getting a copy, or at least check your email before you leave. Nightmare to get it.

On a positive note, the check in staff and evening ladies were fantastic! They answered all my touristy like questions and sent me in the right direction. The opposite I can say about the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Rude and unhospitable doesn't cover it. Breakfast was unattended, unsightly, not stocked and the offerings were unappealing. Breakfast was even shut down early both mornings we were there. It did not appear as appetizing as other Hyatt Places I've stayed. The room had seen better days. Sheets had holes, no hair dryer (I asked for one and was told by Maintenance? that you were out), lacked pillows on the couch ( not returned from pre covid?) and we were even missing a phone. Cords were hanging with no phone attached. No closet door. There was one in our second room. Lastly, housekeeping came knocking at 8:58 Sunday morning day of check out, just to ask if we were checking out. Really? Please look into the black mold behind and around the ice machine on the 2nd floor! Made me wonder what else was neglected or ignored in the hotel.
