“Great breakfast staff!! Just a few minor issues with the property.”
All staff that I encountered were friendly, but ESPECIALLY THE BREAKFAST STAFF! (Super nice and helpful). The room was clean, the shower pressure and hot water were great, and heat/ac worked well. “As old as Opryland itself”
This Fairfield has not been updated in some time. The room had a terrible odor and the wall unit A/C added moisture to the room rather than control the humidity. “No working pool and not friendly manager ”

As soon as we got to our room we discovered the bathroom sink was completely clogged. We called the front desk. The woman immediately had maintenance to fix it.
