“Customer Service for the Win!!!”
We visited the DT for a concert weekend in Nashville. When we arrived the City was doing construction in front of the hotel so we were not clear on how to get to the hotel. “Comfortable central hotel.”
Very friendly service. Helped string together multiple reservations without issue. Diamond upgrade was to a corner room which was lovely. “There are better places to stay for the money”
Nice location and friendly service but they said there was water in the room (which there was for 3$) and no refill station anywhere to be found. I would rather pay a little more than be treated like that nickel and dimed. I didn’t hear the construction people talk of although you’d be hard press… more
