“Lovely stay and friendly staff”
Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a long vacation. Arrived by Greyhound, it was an easy walk to the hotel, just off Broadway, checkin was easy, the room was smart, comfortable and clean, only thing I was not keen on was water at $5 per bottle, felt this could have been complimentary. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a long vacation. Arrived by Greyhound, it was an easy walk to the hotel, just off Broadway, checkin was easy, the room was smart, comfortable and clean, only thing I was not keen on was water at $5 per bottle, felt this could have been complimentary. Slept so well, the bars and attractions were an easy walk from the hotel, there is a subway sandwich shop next door, a walgreens about 2 mins walk away and the bus station is a couple of minutes walk where we caught the bus to the Opryland mall. We didn't use the restaurant but did use the onsite Starbucks. Easy to order an Uber on the last day to the airport. The staff on the door were very friendly especially Bryden. I'd stay here again and would recommend it.

“Nick the Valet is the Best!”
Nick in the Valet was awesome!!!! He got our bags to our room, got us ice and asked if we needed anything else! The hotel check in person was awesome too. This is my second time here!————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

“Nashville Trip”
Excellent service. Lots of nice updates to the hotel. Front desk Hannah & Valet Nick were super helpful. Hotel has had a major upgrade though could use more lighting. Housekeeping is very good. Good location with an interesting view of the city.

“Good location and crew”
Valet is on point. Front desk super helpful, when we got in a little early. Beds comfortable, on softer side. Easy place to get around town from. Pillows where to soft for my taste and lighting in room was pretty much lamps. Mirror could use brighter light as well.
