Let me just start by saying this resort was phenomenal it's a hidden gem the hospitality from the staff from start to finish is the best that I have seen from a Homewood in property the manager Emily bends over backwards she does her best to accommodate you. Sunday March 31st she may have been overwhelmed because there were so many guests I imagine family staying there because of the children and she had staff to call off but she handled it graciously with a smile and even extended a late check out to my family breakfast was nearly over when I got downstairs I'm a late riser but she still accommodated me that goes a long way the other staff was phenomenal as well I like that they all are on the same team I like to give a special mention to Victor Leslie I believe Donald or Donovan and Jonathan and another young man that works in the evening not that this is the Great description but he wears glasses and has the biggest smile in the world everybody that works in that front desk is just the best I had a card with everyone's name on it that was so helpful to me but I misplaced it and I knew as soon as I came home I needed to put this out so whoever runs this hotel the manager keep doing what you do the staff even had a meal delivered and after the staff was done they extended it to the guest now I thought that that was just great considering I only had a little something for breakfast this with the cherry on top 🍒🙌. You have a great team and place and on top of that because I was extremely tired in the area because of a concert the late check out did my body well. Keep up the good work I will definitely be back with anybody interested in this is a great place for the staycation so I didn't want to mess this review up sorry for being lengthy please please get firmer pillows!!!!

Stayed here for a week for a business trip. Great location. Surrounded by many different restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept. The room was good. Breakfast is a standard continental. There is also a social on Wednesdays in the evening with wine and appetizers. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

“I expected more for the price.”

Comfortable bed, tasty and complete breakfast, quiet room. Pool/spa were closed and since we booked on booking.com we did not know this. The info was not included on their site. Tubs not conducive for soaking. As a ladies overnight goes that was a disappointment.

Room was in need of an update. Living room and kitchen furniture was worn down. The kitchen table was too large for the space and only had 3 chairs. Room was in need of an update. Living room and kitchen furniture was worn down. The kitchen table was too large for the space and only had 3 chairs. One of the chairs was pinned between the table and wall and unusable. Room smelled pretty stale. I found a used washcloth in the lamp in the bedroom when I first arrived. The sofabed was very dirty with crumbs and lint and the mattress was worn thin. The bag with the bedding for the sofabed had hair in the bag. The refrigerator is too large for the space so the microwave did not open properly without scraping up against the refrigerator. The turntable in the microwave did not turn. Overall the stay was acceptable, the breakfast was ok and the service was friendly.
