We would definitely go back and stay again. Very clean rooms and loved how the bedroom was a seperate area from The kitchen and tv area. Pool was clean. And kept up. In this off season the bar and the snack area at the bar are only open from 12-4 roughly. At night the pool and lazy river are open until 11. Very well lite up. We would recommend buy a tube before hand and bringing it with you to use at the lazy river. There is an air compressor right next to the pool to blow up pool floats. Floats that you buy onsite in the lobby are approx $20 a piece. Check in was very welcoming but was a little time consuming because they want To talk you into listening to a presentation of the condos and in return we would have received gift cards. We weee not interested in this visit. Every staff member on site was very friendly. We would go back to stay at this same place. Only a few blocks away from the actual boardwalk of Myrtle beach. You do have to pay for public parking if you drive over to the beach. I think we were in the area of parking at beach inlet 29. There are no public restrooms on the beach in that area or dining options on the beach. Next Time we would have parked towards the downtown area for all of that and entered the beach right there. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. Very easy to do.

“Positive”

beautiful condo; clean & well stocked. Shower in Master bedroom was out of this world. The grounds were hard to review as it rained basically all of the time. The timeshare pitch when we checked in was a bit of an annoyance, but they made up for it with a free box of salt water taffy.

“Family Vacation”

Resort was beautiful, Nice Pools. The Active season had ended, so lots of the activities, Pool Bar, Water slide etc were closed. Units very well maintained and spacious

“Fire alarm response?”

We are owners here and have been treated very well. However I have 2 complaints. We told them they need to stop saying they have high speed Internet. They don't. We are owners here and have been treated very well. However I have 2 complaints. We told them they need to stop saying they have high speed Internet. They don't. The Internet connection is sporadic at best. My second complaint is in regards to safety. We always felt safe here until this last Saturday morning when the fire alarm in our building went off at 5:30am. The building emptied and we all stood out in the rain for 20 minutes, in varying stages of dress, wondering what was going on. We expected there works be fire engines maybe our, at the very least, a Sheraton representative letting us know what was going on and if we were safe. No one. After 20 minutes the horns and lights eventually went out and we assumed it was safe to go back inside. 2 days later I asked what happened and was told that an share sensor noticed a pressure imbalance and that it worked properly by resetting itself. Apparently Sheraton does not care enough about their guests to understand what that did to all of us feeling very anxious and unsafe.
