“Definitely recommend”
Very nice hotel, clean and modern room, great breakfast, and professional staff. Would definitely stay again. Was there Thanksgiving week with family when flying in and out of Raleigh. Used Hyatt points, and was surprised/pleased how nice it was considering blow redemption points.

“Comfy and reliable”
The rooms are always clean, the staff usually helpful, and amenities adequate. Food is usually decent, with two restaurants right across the street for additional choices. Don't usually make the breakfast as usually have early flights.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to the airport. It’s clean and the staff were very welcoming and had great customer service. The rooms are clean and updated, the normal Hyatt Place set up. Booked a king room online. Checked in and given a room on the second floor. Arrived at our room to find 2 double beds. Wife went downstairs to speak with the front desk.
