“Better than expected hotel at RDU”
Great stay at this Holiday Inn. Clean, comfortable, great bed love the shower. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The bar staff was very friendly. I was very happy with the entire experience and I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

“Wonderful hotel stay”
We had a wonderful experience here. I am handicapped and use a cane and wheelchair. The accessable room was big and roomy. The bed was so fluffy and comfortable. Bench seat in bathtub. Hot breakfast was delicious! Hotel staff were very friendly!

The hotel itself is nice. Very clean and looks like newly updated. The indoor pool was heated and open late. However, every employees that I encountered from check in were so rude. The hotel itself is nice. Very clean and looks like newly updated. The indoor pool was heated and open late. However, every employees that I encountered from check in were so rude. When I asked about the charge on my credit card and how to check out online, Luis said he had no idea and they don't accept points for stay which was not true. I was already staying there with award points. When I checked in, the front desk lady wasn't kind either. However, the facility is very nice. Be aware that the breakfast is not complimentary.

“Don't Bother”
While our room was clean and quiet,it skipped on those little touches. Breakfast was not free which was important to us. So we paid the $10+ each for Breakfast. The breakfast was not nearly as good as at some hotels with free breakfasts. Juices were in small cans. Oatmeal was watery. No decaf coffe… more

The breakfast was not nearly as good as at some hotels with free breakfasts. Juices were in small cans. Oatmeal was watery. No decaf coffee! Where's the bacon? Where's a daily free newspaper for guests? The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful and pleasant.

“Clean room but no sleep.”
Stayed in room 515. If you really want to know about my experience stay one night in that room…. Ever time the heat kicked on it sounded like it was taking off in flight. Stayed in room 515. If you really want to know about my experience stay one night in that room…. Ever time the heat kicked on it sounded like it was taking off in flight. There was a beating noise that also kept me awake all night. Checking out this morning the guy working at the front desk never looked up. He told me to drop my card in the box. The room was clean and there were upgrades from the last time I was there but I hardly slept the 2 nights I was there.
