“Great Service at the Front Desk”
Terell at the front desk was fantastic. After a long and exhausting flight to Raleigh, we arrived feeling stressed, but within minutes, he had us smiling and laughing, turning our tough airport experience around. We will definitely stay here again next time we are flying into Raleigh.

“Safe, clean, comfy and kind”
I had no reservation, but my plane had been delayed due to needed repairs and I arrived at the airport 4 1/2 hours late. I had a reservation at Wood Springs Suites. “Excellent customer service”
Hotel was super accommodating to my requests. Talia B. Was an absolute doll with a great smile on her face and welcoming spirit. I appreciated her during a time I wasn't even wanting to travel. It made things a bit brighter for me as a guest. Thanks guys! Until next time.
