“Overnight stay”
Everyone was very polite and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant. The room was very clean. We had an early flight out of PIT. If we had any questions or query's they took care of them for us. The only drawback was the door slamming with the other rooms around us.

“5 Star Service”
Very nice stay. The front desk ladies are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room is always clean and comfortable. “Convenient location!”
Very convenient location right at the airport. quieter than expected for airplane noise but louder than expected with the screaming kid and barking dog next door to us late at night. very professional staff and clean rooms - as expected for a Hyatt Regency for $200+ per night

Stayed for an event that took place in the hotel ballrooms. Lobby and restaurant are nice/clean/welcoming. We didn’t utilize the gym or pool. The rooms are large, clean, and modern.
