Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

I stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday with my family of 4 and we absolutely loved our stay here. Let me start by saying that I read the reviews on here and was slightly worried that the hotel was going to be a loud mess with a mixed shuttle and meager staff. We saw absolutely none of those things. As a matter of fact, we LOVED the staff and they did a great job of treating us like family while we were there. As a Titanium Convoy member, we were able to get upgraded to a two room suite, which provided the perfect amount of space that we needed for a family of 4. The Staff was ALL exceptional. This hotel was also magnificently staffed with an appropriate amount of staff for the size of the hotel; and everyone was nice. One of the shuttle drivers was even nice enough to offer our kiddos a cupcake. It's the little things like this that make a hotel and their staff "next level" compared to other properties. The parking was ample and the housekeeping came daily. Yes, daily. In a post-COVID era where hotels are cutting corners, this one is not. Also, some other reviewers seem to have mentioned that the hotel has contacted with Charlie Brown's for airport shuttle transportation, but this seems to have been changed as the hotel has two brand-new shuttles and drivers that they've been using to transport guests to/from the airport. The rooms themselves are sufficient. This hotel is not new in the slightest, but they're doing a great job of trying to keep it in good condition. One thing we did have an issue with was keeping the room warm enough since the wall mounted unit worked sporadically. Overall, we really liked our stay here and at $116/night, we felt that this was fair. Breakfast in the morning is offered at the cafe in the lobby for some pretty astronomical prices. We got a $10/day Food and Beverage credit that covered the cost of a bagel with cream cheese and coffee, but that's about it. Considering everything about our stay, the staff really made our stay. We would happily stay here again in the future. There are a slew of Hilton/IHG/Marriott Properties in this area, but we actually think this one is our new favorite. Without any doubt, we will be back.

Room was a nice size with 2 beds and a pullout coach. Overlooked the courtyard. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper or don’t like noises throughout the night. Free breakfast that we didn’t use cause our flight was too early.

My wife, son and I stayed for four nights in July. The property was more than adequate: The staff was friendly, good coffee in the morning, and a location that sued as well. For us, the problem was that the family rooms are evidently all located in the corner of the property next to the elevator shaft. The mechanicals of the elevator are sufficiently loud to be easily heard in the main bedroom. I spoke to staff about this, who confirmed that all of the family rooms are next to the shafts. Additionally, for at least the family room that we were assigned, the door to an adjoining room had very little soundproofing. We could hear the folks next-door as if they were standing in the room with us. This created some difficulties in getting our son to sleep at night, who was in the sofa bed in the main room. The property was clean, well located and staffed by friendly and conscientious folks. Nevertheless, for our next stay near the airport, we will choose another hotel.

Being a Gold level Bonvoy member, I try to stay at Marriott properties as much as possible. As I had an early flight out of PIT the next morning, I selected this hotel to stay at. Due to an injury I received prior to checking in, I messaged the front desk to ask them if they could accommodate me for either a closer to the lobby room or a persons with disabilities room. They were able to give me the persons with disabilities room, Room 155, which had a walk in shower. The water temperature was fine, and, for the most part, the room was a comfortable temperature. The beds were comfortable, and everything worked fine. That’s where the good part of the hotel ended. The reason for the two point dock was the front desk “supervisor” Dianne. She had a HUGE attitude problem, never acknowledged me as a Gold Bonvoy member, and when I called later on to get the name of the pizza place that was close, she seemed to want to hurry the conversation, with a snide attitude. Prior to filing a formal complaint with Bonvoy Customer Service, my fiancé had gotten the business card of the manager of the hotel. I did speak with the assistant manager Andreal via email, and he compensated me for the issues with Dianne, and said he would take care of the issues I had with Dianne. Would I stay there again? Probably, but not if Dianne is working at the front desk.
