“Clean and Conveniently Located”
I could find no fault with this newly renovated hotel. It was clean and conveniently located off Main Street. The staff were polite and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the season. I through.ply enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

“Very Pleased”
My family were traveling one night to visit Arches Park. The hotel was very close to the park. The hotel was very nice. Reasonably priced and within walking distance of the town. Room were clean and updated. I would definitely recommend. We had a very good experience here.

“Great location, clean, comfortable”
Great location in Moab. Walkable distance to strip of restaurants, shops, groceries yet toward the outside of the main strip for a quieter stay. 2-5 minutes to Arches and about 30 minutes to Canyonlands. “Good midrange motel”
The pillows were really awful and the bed was okay, but definitely not hotel chain specs. The room was clean, large enough to get around in and had all the requisite stuff (TV, phone, places to put clothes, drawers, coffee maker...). The bathroom was clean and had been redone.

“Fine, a bit pricey and no breakfast”
For over $150 a night they really should include breakfast. Also, the pool was closed because of inclement weather, but the weather had passed, so they should have taken the sign down and reopened it. Also, the door to our room (128) had to be slammed hard to close tightly - this didn't make us fee… more
