“Favourite hotel in Sandestin”
This hotel is very nicely situated in the Grand Sandestin area and is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The rooms are clean, well appointed and very spacious. This hotel is very nicely situated in the Grand Sandestin area and is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The rooms are clean, well appointed and very spacious. You will be very comfortable here. The pool and hot tub are both excellent and the grounds are very neat and well laid out. Customer service is what sets this hotel apart from other Residence Inns that I have stayed at. You will be welcomed with a smile, they will recognize your loyalty status and you will feel immediately at home. The customer service I received from Obrian at the front desk stands out in my mind. This man really goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Breakfast options are also very good at this hotel. There are many hotel options in this area and I have stayed at many of them. I will definitely be making this my “go to property” for future business and/or vacation trips. Thank you Obrian and the rest of the customer service team!

“Truly thankful for this hotel.”
I am just now getting around to writing this review, but this hotel saved us amidst a bad situation! We were staying in the Marco Island/Naples area when Hurricane Milton came through and had to evacuate. We scheduled an AIRBNB in Sandestin and set out on our 9 hour drive. I am just now getting around to writing this review, but this hotel saved us amidst a bad situation! We were staying in the Marco Island/Naples area when Hurricane Milton came through and had to evacuate. We scheduled an AIRBNB in Sandestin and set out on our 9 hour drive. Halfway there the AIRBNB cancelled on us, leaving us 4 hours from our former hotel with NO WHERE TO STAY, in pouring rain and a hurricane incoming! In a panic we just needed somewhere to go for the night and we called this Marriott. Not only did they get us squared away quickly, but the lovely man named Marco who helped us out also upgraded our room for us too because he knew we were having a rough day. Upon arrival he was gone, but another front desk associate knew our exact situation and was so welcoming and helpful too.I wish I could remember his name, but he even shared with me that he was worried about his sister who was a nurse in the line of the hurricane. His kindness to us when he has his own worries was not unnoticed. Kudos to the staff! They really gave us peace that night. The hotel itself is also nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast served that morning was good. There was lots of parking and this hotel is also situated right next to the big shopping and dining center in that area. THANK YOU SANDESTIN RESIDENCE INN! We will never forget how kind and helpful you were to us.

I always search TripAdvisor for reviews of accommodations while traveling. This Marriott property consistently places in the top of those reviews. We choose to stay here when we visit Sandestin because the staff are professional, welcoming, and accommodating. Each room is updated and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The exterior is well lit, has cozy spaces to relax, and a pool area that is gated for safety. It also offers breakfast.

“Very good vibes.”
Katherine with Breakfast staff sets your day off right, excellent labor service and professional customer service. Great place. Very nice atmosphere and a lovely neighborhood. Definitely will visit again, the local stores and restaurants are great.
