Booked this two weeks before leaving. Did not feel sure if it was going to be good or not. But this placed was great! It's a condo, with everything you need. Room 2-203 was clean and smelled really good. We stopped at the grocery store about 3 miles down the road and stocked up before checking in. The beach was right across the street with its own private gate and you can see the ocean from the living room.

Let’s start with the positive.....Is very cozy for a small family. Great space very convenient to everything. The beach is also easy to get to and super close. The kitchen is equipped with everything u need even a keruig. NOW.....this place was advertised as resort style. I would not advertise that. This is a 3 star hotel/condo at. The surfaces were clean but cabinets and furniture had spills on the facings. Bleach smell when we walked it. Lots of furnishings and decor was rusted. Things that i feel are very easily changed out like mirrors and refrigerator shelving. Plus the door in the fridge was duck taped together. Then i accidentally dropped my charger behind the night stand plugging it in. It fell into a puddle of something that has trapped anything else that has fallen behind there for who know how long. I then looked under the bed and dressers. It looks as if no one has moved or cleaned under them in awhile. I wish i hadn’t looked. I didn’t walk on the floor barefoot again.

This is a nice little unit with typical beach decor and sleeping arrangements. It was clean and tidy and was fine for a quick weekend visit. This is a nice little unit with typical beach decor and sleeping arrangements. It was clean and tidy and was fine for a quick weekend visit. There are two bunks in the hallway which is typical for this area and a room with a queen size bed which was SUPER comfortable. It also has a sleeper sofa so the unit can sleep 6. It has a counter with stools at it and a small galley kitchen. The bathroom has been refreshed and is a good size, nothing fancy but nice enough. Sheets, bedding and towels all clean and plentiful. Late arrival was no issue as packet was left in a drop box and code was sent by text. This unit has a patio with a view to a row of air conditioners and another building, but it is right across from the beach and has private beach access and two swimming pools. All in all it was a very easy stay.

“Serviceable, good location”

We booked Room 224 through RCI, this was a Wyndham rental. The room was generally clean except the floor needed to be washed. My white socks were not white after walking around the first evening. We did not know our room number and there was no visible signage of the office location at the property… more

We booked Room 224 through RCI, this was a Wyndham rental. The room was generally clean except the floor needed to be washed. My white socks were not white after walking around the first evening. We did not know our room number and there was no visible signage of the office location at the property upon arrival. We called the number on our reservation and walked over to Leeward Key were the office is. We were early and received a text when the room was ready with the code to enter. It was nice not having to worry about a key, just using the code was easy. No problems with beach access; you get a code for the gate across the street to get on the beach. The room had plenty of towels but was missing a hair dryer. We called the office and they brought one over a few hours later. The room is nothing fancy but meets basic needs. Amenities include a keurig, tv in bedroom, tiny balcony with 2 chairs, ice maker in fridge, 2 small pools. In November it was pretty quiet.
