“Way Above And Beyond Expectations!”
Holiday Inn Review I was the bus driver for the Concordia Seward, Nebraska Cheer and Dance teams. They had Been competing at the Concordia Wisconsin Campus. Holiday Inn Review I was the bus driver for the Concordia Seward, Nebraska Cheer and Dance teams. They had Been competing at the Concordia Wisconsin Campus. I had gathered my bus driving gear, but in my rush to get to campus I forgot my SUITCASE! Home being 9 hours away from the hotel, I thought, how would I get my suitcase back! The Hotel manager went above and beyond in helping to get my suitcase returned. He personally delivered it to UPS! I would never have retrieved it without his help. Extra service like this is almost unheard of these days. This Holiday Inn Express gets Golden reviews from me. Tim from Nebraska

Such nice people made a Great Stay. We unfortunately had a house fire forcing us to stay at a hotel. We picked Holiday Inn Express in Brown Deer because it was close to our home making it easy to be there each day. We were there for 2 weeks and would have stayed the entire time that we had to be away from our home but we needed more space after finding out that the rehab could take up to 4 months. I want to first mention the staff who made our stay so welcoming. All of the staff were good but I didn’t get some of the names. Rosa especially stands out for her compassion during our tough times. She took care of the arrangement with the housing company and even suggested a larger corner room with 2 big windows to make us feel more comfortable. She was always there with a smile and asked every day how we were doing. Patricia took care of the free breakfast every day and also had a greeting and a smile. Two other employees that were helpful were Lionel and Ahmed. Speaking of the breakfast, it was good and included eggs and sausages. The eating area in the lobby was spacious and there was always a place to sit. We never had time to get to the pool but it was never crowded and was big enough to accommodate. The WIFI was fine. The bed was really comfy and the room was quiet. Housekeeping staff were friendly and came every day. The room had a microwave and a fairly large refrigerator. The area was also good for us with a Pick & Save grocery across the road and a Culvers across the driveway. Again even though the room was large we needed a full kitchen for the length of stay we were looking at. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we didn’t live in the area. It was such a good experience in a time of need. Thanks especially to Rosa, we miss your smile.

“Great alternative to high cost downtown MKE hotels”
Stayed there for one night to be close to an event in downtown Milwaukee. We had a king size room with sofa (room 227). Room appeared to be updated. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean- the entire hotel. Smell was pleasant. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was as expected & an added value convenience.… more
Stayed there for one night to be close to an event in downtown Milwaukee. We had a king size room with sofa (room 227). Room appeared to be updated. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean- the entire hotel. Smell was pleasant. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was as expected & an added value convenience. If you are looking for a place to stay at less than half the cost of downtown Milwaukee hotels, this is a great place.
