My issues are with the cleanliness & lack of overall management. In the evenings, teenagers were coming/going and loitering in the lobby. Staff did nothing about it or questioned them even after I made mention. My room was not very clean. Someone else's hair on the floor and shower. The breakfast was marginal (hard pancakes, watery eggs). The place could use a deep cleaning. Stains on carpet. Rooms w/young people entering with cases of beer. Dishes left in hallway/not collected, cigarette butts/trash left on veranda near my front door. When I lived here other motels were for partying; seems like this esteemed hotel has gone downhill. My bed was comfy enough, which I appreciate, but I really question the quality of the sanitation. More staff required, better cleaning for sure. I'd stay here again but definately temper my expectations for an E.S. Hotel..
