“Great stay in Midland”
We were greeted on arrival by Helen at the front desk who was so gracious and welcoming. Her sweet manner set a positive tone for our entire stay. “Under renovation”
Straight off I want to mention the lower rating has nothing to do with the staff! The receptionist was just great and friendly as I would expect at a Hampton Inn. There is a sign "Under Renovation" so perhaps this contributed to the lower quality than what I'm used to having at a Hampton Inn or HH… more
