“Very Nice Room”

After a long day, it was nice to relax, but every light in the room was very bright. Nice if you need it, but a few well placed timers could go a long way. Very new decor, but the work station really could have been designed better. More outlets and again, the desk lamp was very bright at eye level… more

Yes, guests at Radisson Hotel Memphis East have highlighted that: After a long day, it was nice to relax, but every light in the room was very bright. Nice if you need it, but a few well placed timers could go a long way. Very new decor, but the work station really could have been designed better. More outlets and again, the desk lamp was very bright at eye level. New flat screen, nice size, easy remote, but the channel guide button did not work and the front desk didn't have a printed copy. Hunt n peck TV and it had a dial-up kind of delay when you changed channels. All these things I blame on corporate. The staff was very nice. I don't know how they can design these rooms and not use them, to see how they work.
