“Great first stay in Memphis”
Room was great with separate lounge. Location was great as it was a five min walk to Beale street. One of the best things is the roof top bar. We watched the sunset over the Mississippi river. Excellent view and vibe. Staff lovely. Would stay here again.

“Wrongly charged and ignored”
We had a good 2 day stay, however I was incorrectly charged for parking. And now the hotel have gone silent, ignoring all my Emails. Will certainly not be staying again Its disappointing as it spoilt my experience. They just will not reply. i dont know why

“Almost a great hotel...”
Second time staying here, visiting Memphis for my employer. Last time was 2 years ago. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The hotel is still in mediocre shape.
