Get some from other Hampton Inn 3) Foamy apple juice extra sweet every day 4) Broken rear door handle. No bar to push. 5) Elevator does not stop closing when people are in the doorway.

“Very loud, housekeeping not great, comfy bed”

This doesn't happen often, but we requested a different room immediately. The suites have two a/c units and both were old and insanely loud. This doesn't happen often, but we requested a different room immediately. The suites have two a/c units and both were old and insanely loud. There's no way we could have slept with the rattling they made. We saw that another family member had newer and quieter units, so I guess they are in the process of replacing them. We were able to get a different room with quieter a/c. I have video of the loud a/c, but couldn't upload it. Pros - * The room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Seriously. Whenever my husband talk about the cons, we go back and say "but the bed was really comfortable..." * Decent storage options. * Good location for what we needed. * Large common public area, although more comfortable seating would have been nice. There's a couch in the lobby, a couple of fireplace chairs, and everything else is for dining or working. * Ample parking. * Nice staff in lobby with good customer service. Cons - * So loud. Not just the a/c. We could hear the hallway, the room next door, and everything above us. From 6pm to 10pm the family above us sounded like a herd of stampeding elephants. My morning started at 6am with the constant scraping of dining chairs on the hard floor, until 8am. * Lazy housekeeping. Sorry, but there's no better way to put it. The biggest issue was that there were nasty dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guest. There wasn't anything for running the dishwasher, nor papertowels, nor trashbags - all basic items which are usually supplied in these residence style hotel rooms. The water reservoir in the coffee maker was gross and unusable. The handle on the fridge was broken off. The bed had a duvet comforter and a duvet cover placed over the comforter like a bedspread. This defeats the purpose of a duvet cover, as comforters are rarely laundered. In the first room we were in (with the loud a/c) there was trash - old popcorn, candy, and a broken screw/pin (from the sofa bed?) - under the sofa and easily visible from across the room. * Weak shower. Probably the weakest shower I've ever experienced, and the water didn't get very hot. I did experiment with the shower head settings, to no avail. Also, no shower gel in the shower. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The body lotion was in addition to the bottle of lotion at the sink. Why do I need two bottles of lotion, and why one in the shower instead of gel? * Not enough towels: two bath towels, two hand towels. Yes, I could ask for more. But hotels should allow for more than 1 full size bath towel per guest. Most women use 2 towels when they shower. * Suspicious about breakfast. We had breakfast on the first morning. Not much offered, no fresh fruit, but some basics, including scrambled eggs and oatmeal. My husband said the eggs tasted weird. We had an upset stomach for the next two days - common for him, but not me. * Hot water in lobby not replenished. Water was tepid by 5-6pm, and once it was gone, that was it. Management did try to make amends quickly on a few of these. We travel to Memphis a few times a year. We will still consider staying here again, but with some caveats. It would have to be a room on the top floor, with newer a/c.
