“Comfortable and location, location location many great things can be said about this hotel. Worth the stay”
Great location and staff. Hotel has comfortable bed great fridge and amenities. Location is central to Mason office’s restaurant’s and shopping. Rooms are well kept and comfortable furniture. I can brag enough on the morning staff enough super helpful.

“Hotel experience”
Hotel was okay, pillows flat, rooms stinky, breakfast eggs tasty nasty, pool floor was dirty, shower stall in room was dirty floor. Staff was nice, friendly, they loved my service dog. The grounds was clean and very close to kings island, was quite for a Friday night

Kinda creepy, people sitting on the curbs and door stoops watching your every move and looking in the car as you take your bags out. We got a double bed room which was kinda small ! “Serve Breakfast until end time!”
My stay at Comfort Inn Northeast was okay, but the exhaust system in room 241 smelled sour and made my sinuses bad. My major complaint was at breakfast each day they were out of yogurt shortly after 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday; but it ended at 10:00. The attendant was not very pleasant when ask… more
