“Good stay but manager very grumpy”

The stay was good. Room was smaller than I expected. Needs some updating but room was ok. However, at check out the manager Juliana (i think was her name) was very grumpy and not very friendly at all to the person in front of me and to me. “Meh ok for 2-3 nights”

Place is ok, I rented a villa for 5 but preferably is for only 4, foldable bed is *terrible* , smells like your grandpas house. No WiFi in the rooms!!! And management didn’t show any interest on fixing it, but the offer it on lobby only, +300 ft away from my room.

I asked for just an amount Im being charged and she gave attitude and seemed to make it like it’s a big deal so I just said forget and left. Will not be back. Oh and they had construction going on and never told us at booking..
