“Deidre is awesome.”

Diedre at the front desk made our stay outstanding. She was exceedingly kind to my mother and aunt both in their late 70's and still very fiesty. DIEDRE is exceptional. Also appreciated the bouborn tasting as well.

“Nice stay”

I had a very nice stay. Great location with lots to do within walking distance. Clean rooms and nice breakfast each morning. The parking garage was very easy in and out. The team is very friendly and are always smiling. We had such a nice check in experience.

Nice hotel which is walk-able to all the downtown Louisville attractions. Rooms are very nice and plenty spacious. Great to have parking on site. The major negative on my stay was the breakfast. Nice hotel which is walk-able to all the downtown Louisville attractions. Rooms are very nice and plenty spacious. Great to have parking on site. The major negative on my stay was the breakfast. The main items (frittata / egg sandwiches) are microwaved individual servings that unfortunately were just bad. I choose hotels that have breakfast to allow me to start working before heading out. No single serving condiments were available, which makes it hard to bring breakfast back to your room.

“Nice room, but too inconvenient if traveling with dogs”

We wanted to be downtown for a family wedding and my research led me to this hotel. We wanted to be downtown for a family wedding and my research led me to this hotel. I knew patches of grass were limited but after a few days of transporting dogs up and down the elevator and across the street, I wished I had done more research or stay in another area/vacation rental property. There is a small area of grass right across the street by an abandoned bank, but it gets quite stinky from all the neighborhood dogs that utilize it. Across from the front doors, there's a high-rise with a park behind it. We live in a major metropolitan city and I guess our city has done a better job in providing dog-friendly areas in downtown. Louisville not so much. The hotel has a two-level parking garage and it would be awesome if the hotel dedicated a small corner of the 2nd floor level for dogs. Perhaps Astro turf or even just mulch. There were homeless people in the area, who seem to migrate to and from a couple of highway overpass bridges close-by. We did have one issue where a transient women was following us one evening as we took the dogs out. Her pace hastened and she tried to follow us into the lobby. You have to use your key card to enter the inner lobby doors, and the front desk staff mentioned they had already asked her to leave once before. Before checking out, I brought a couple of issues with our room to the attention of the front desk agent. We had no hot water from the tap in the kitchen, and the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Deidre (sp?) at the front desk was professional and caring; she made sure to address our concerns. Turns out none of the fridge ice makers were working and they had prepacked small bags of ice for the guests in the pantry area near the front desk. We did not know about this until we were checking out. Bottom line, I would probably stay at this property again if I *wasn't* traveling with dogs.
