“A great comfortable stay”
The checkin was just a bit confusing since I was staying at the Fairfield. The signs pointed you to the Springhill reception and there I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Everything was explained to me and it was clear. I proceeded to park my car ($19 a night fee) and then go to my roo… more

“Solid hotel for a couple nights in Louisville”
Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Computer wasn’t working so it took us a while to check in but she comped us parking to apologise. Room is spacious and clean. “Good position, lovely staff, very tired decor and rooms”
We stayed there for the Kentucky Derby. Hotel was very full. Easy self parking on site. Staff very friendly and made a real effort with the Derby and free drinks the night before. Breakfast served in polystyrene bowls with plastic cutlery. Rooms really tired - don’t think they have been updated sin… more

“Needs new carpets and remodel”
Good location, you can walk to many great restaurants. However, this property is in dire need of a remodel. Nice staff, just old, dirty carpets etc. it’s also confusing as it’s a Fairfield and Springhill, yet no front desk at the Springhill.
