Shout out to Benjamin at the front desk. Very patient and accommodating. He took care of people showing up to the game early with eaze. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Try the robot room service! Definitely recommend for anyone in town for events.

Very nice place, I loved the fact that it was so close to the Airport and that I just needed to hop onto a free shuttle. The staff was simply amazing ( special thanks to Darren for his kindness ) and the spacious rooms are a real solace after long flights . The complimentary breakfast was good too … more

Very nice place, I loved the fact that it was so close to the Airport and that I just needed to hop onto a free shuttle. The staff was simply amazing ( special thanks to Darren for his kindness ) and the spacious rooms are a real solace after long flights . The complimentary breakfast was good too ! I especially loved the little robot help for special deliveries like a new set of keys, that was very cute and funny . The place is as advertised on Booking.com so nothing wrong here. About the pool though, my plan was to swim a little in the morning but it's situated next to the breakfast area and it's a see-through wall, so didn't real feel like it being a show after all ! Also note that if you have issues with heights like I have ( high narrow balconies) ask upon booking to be situated close to the elevator or not being too high ( they are 7 stories). The glass elevator was cool though !

The hotel is decent and conveniently located. When i have stayed there my room is always clean and the size of the room - especially the seating area - is ample. I love that I can work and sleep in separate spaces. They offer a happy hour gift as well as a morning breakfast that feels like a nice bonus. What is stellar is the staff. Helpful and friendly. Since I travel quite a bit for business it makes such a difference to be treated so well, and even remembered by the from desk. A special shout out goes to Darren Joseph - his understanding of customer service is beyond the norm. Each request is met with respect and he makes a great effort to make sure my stay is both comfortable AND that the (frequent) challenges that come with travel are solved with ease and friendliness. That is one of the reasons I now make the request of my company to stay here.

Acceptable location but time for some improvements. For breakfast, the omelette station was available. Line moved pretty quickly, but several people expressed disappointment with no waffle or pancake option. There were a decent amount of food/drink options, so this was actually a highlight of the stay. Rooms on lower floors can be subject to outside noise. My room faced the back of the hotel, on a lower floor. It was facing an alleyway and I heard all types of noise as people passed thru the area, especially late at night. (Recommend an upper floor if you’re a light sleeper or just don’t want to hear the excess noise) This is a bit of what I observed. Pros- Convenient to LAX Friendly staff Clean rooms Comfortable beds Good amount of available tv channels Decent breakfast Cons- Pricey daily parking fee. Rooms are dated and it’s time for an upgrade. Room service is by request, if this is your policy, you should make sure everything in the room is fully stocked. (I shouldn’t have to request additional basics like more toilet tissue and Kleenex because there is no extra in the room. Paper towels in the room would also be a nice addition for easy cleanups) Manager’s reception is one drink coupon per person/per day and basically chips and salsa. I think soda should be included and maybe the drink coupon could be used for an alcoholic beverage. But instead, the coupon is for anything you are drinking (some of which may have an additional charge-be sure to ask before ordering) This reception is something that needs to be immediately reviewed, it either needs to be revamped or removed, the current is a complete fail. The staff is hospitable, so that was a definite plus and with improvements, this might be a location I consider for a future visit. But for me, as a Hilton Honors member, it just didn’t check all the boxes I have come to expect from most Embassy/Hilton brands.
