“A Welcoming Experience”
The staff are the best! Went out of their way to accept and please! This includes the front desk, restaurant, shuttle bus drivers, and especially Jimmy, the concierge/luggage storage person. Jimmy helped us with arranging transportation and advice on sites and restaurants in the area. Thank you!

“Great as always for the price.”
Very good service all around. The carpets and interior are starting to look worn, but probably due to the through put of cruisers. Might want to start a floor by floor deep clean and touch ups. Service and food at the Blu bar and buffet for breakfast were great.

“Good location /friendly staff”
You whole experience is very positive, room was adequate, however appeared dated. The buffet was very good with a good selection.. using the elevator was tricking until you understand that you’re supposed to use your card. The area around the hotel safe.

There was a lot of cool stuff that I liked about this hotel. I did not realize that San Pedro was such a nice place. “Excellent hotel for those cruising out of San Pedro”
This hotel was perfect for our pre-cruise night. The hotel offers shuttles to the port in the morning which was very efficiently run. We had a large singles party in the lounge and the staff were very accommodating. A friend and I went to the dining room for dinner and the service was excellen… more
