“Staff was Above and Beyond.”
Staff was incredible beginning withHannah at reception. After we left we realized we left 2 nice tops and called to see if they were found. Christian not only located them, he delivered them personally to our next hotel in Santa Monica. Room was also very comfortable with fun restaurants nearby.

“My favorite hotel in suburban LA”
I stay at this Courtyard approximately 3-4 times per year and I love it. It's clean, quiet, and the room and furnishings are up to date and stylish. I especially love the modern bathroom with easy walk in shower and great water pressure. It's convenient to the freeway, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods.

“Nice but some staffing/systematic issues”
Overall really liked the hotel BUT when we arrived at 3pm for check-in, the room wasn’t ready. Was told to wait in the lobby and they would let me know when it was ready. Waited. Waited.
