“We loved our stay here and the restaurant is wonderful!”
We loved our 2 night stay here before boarding a cruise ship. The hotel restaurant was wonderful! The food was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. The views are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Nice path along the water to walk.

“Great Hotel!!! Even better customer service”
Amazing hotel!!! The decor is modern and festive at the same time. They are very intentional about meeting their guest needs. Daniel, at the front desk, is outstanding. He was so kind to us. I wish they have cookies like other Double trees but still awesome place to stay

“Great views without the superior customer service.”
Extremely disappointed with the service. Late checkout not observed. Was called numerous times that an extra night would be charged. It would appear members with status mean nothing. Did not feel valued as a Hilton Honors Member. Maybe might try again.
