This hotel was conveniently located for my travel needs. It was acceptable in most regards, but not exemplary. Complimentary breakfast is basic, and some days needed improvements to quality. There is no housekeeping service if your stay is between 2 and 5 days. They will replace towels and empty garbage only if requested ahead of time. They will not clean the room or make the bed etc. On the second day of my four days stay, I found that my key no longer worked, and I had been checked out of the hotel despite my reservation being accurate. Hotels have gotten more and more expensive and yet amenities don't return to pre-pandemic standards in some hotel chains. Best Western seems to be one of those chains. I recommend other hotels in this area over this one.

Even if you are not a light sleeper, you may need to bring earplugs. Located very close to I-90, I had quite a bit of road noise listening to cars and trucks whiz down the highway all night. Unfortunately, there was an even worse noise problem from the guests next door. Somehow, the footfalls of the kids running around were felt in my room, and every time they closed their room door, my bed actually shook. It's hard to fault the hotel for guests' activity, but I would recommend they invest in more soundproofing. The bed was comfortable, but I did not get a good night sleep either of the two nights during my stay. The shower took a long time to get hot. I stayed Friday to Sunday. Guests using the pool left a lot of water on the floor to/from the lobby. It didn't appear there was enough staff to clean it up. There was definitely a slip & fall hazard. The public areas left a bit to be desired, but my room was clean, spacious, and recently renovated. No clock in the room. No microwave in the room. Toiletries were limited -- no lotion. My room key did not work the second night, and the front desk agent fixed it without any explanation as if this was normal. There was an connection error to print my boarding pass in the lobby, and the front desk staff wasn't interested in or didn't know how to resolve the error, but he did offer to print it for me at the desk if i emailed it to him. The breakfast area was tidy and everything was decently presented. The food was no better than any other budget hotel. The coffee was good. I booked this hotel because the price was relatively low. Not sure if I would stay there again.
