“Clean and Comfy Stay”
Nice surprise when we walked into our room. It was a balcony room overlooking the beach. I took advantage of the stand alone soaking tub overlooking the ocean. Comfortable bed! Don’t hesitate to stay here. The staff is friendly and professional.

“Beach Teip September 2024”
We stayed in a 1 bedroom with a Murphy bed and a kitchen. Beautifully decorated with with compfy beds and great ocean. We absolutely loved the salmon chowder every day. The staff were all very pleasant. We definitely plan on returning to Lincoln Sands

“Amazing customer service and property location. We will be back!”
The staff went above and beyond! The breakfast was amazing! And the evening soup was delicious! The room was excellent very clean and I couldn't have asked for more. Only thing was the screen on the patio door was in need of some grease. It was hard to open and close.

“Okay, but....”
Room was okay, but the carpets were nasty dirty (stained) and need replaced! The view was great and the kitchen worked nice for our 5 day extended stay. The breakfast was outstanding each morning. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Will go back, but hope they pay ... more
