“Great Service”
I arrived late and it was pretty busy. The night auditor, Theresa was very helpful. Evidently there was a game and it let out late. I was very tired and she was handling each situation one at a time. “Okay stay in Lexington”
The stay started with going to check in and them telling us that although we booked a king (which they had record of), there were no kings left so either we could have a double or not get our money back since we didn’t book directly through the hotel. “Room was disgusting. See pictures.”
Paid extra for the “ultimate experience” and was sorely disappointed. The room was old, dirty and outdated. Broken chair, used tooth flosser in the floor, dog food balls throughout.
