We stayed here for the second time this December. We love the location! The hotel is also very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The Big Blue Martini is also a great spot for food and drinks. The only con was how hot our room was. We had seen that mentioned in reviews, but as we had stayed here before and not had any issues, we weren’t worried about it. However, this time our room was incredibly hot. We ended up ordering a small bedside table fan and the front desk sent us another fan up. That, plus turning the whole system totally off as the front desk advised, fixed the heat problem. We will likely return to this hotel, but we will be sure to bring fans along too!

“Good location”

We were assigned room 1103, which is connecting room to 1105. The room is a bit poorly lit by the desk area, there needs to be a desk lamp there. The window to the room overlooks Triangle Park. We were assigned room 1103, which is connecting room to 1105. The room is a bit poorly lit by the desk area, there needs to be a desk lamp there. The window to the room overlooks Triangle Park. In room there is a safe, microwave, coffee/tea equipment. This is one of those hotels with an awkward bathroom door. You can't step out of the tub/shower if the door is open. I find this design flaw in a lot of hotels. The tub/shower drain is a bit slow. The pool is heated, which made it hard for me to stay in it for long. There is also a hot tub. The hotel is connected by sky bridge to nearby hotels across the street on both sides, nice feature on a bad weather day.

“This Hilton needs a renovation”

We are Hilton diamond members and have stayed at almost all of the Hilton brands. Hilton hotels are usually reliable and well kept. Unfortunately the Lexington Hilton did not meet our expectations. We are Hilton diamond members and have stayed at almost all of the Hilton brands. Hilton hotels are usually reliable and well kept. Unfortunately the Lexington Hilton did not meet our expectations. The first floor lobby and restaurant areas were lovely and well-kept. The pool however needs work. The tiles are dirty and the paint is peeling from walls and ceiling. The room itself is worn down and in need of upkeep. A couple example photos attached - dirty shower vent and shower head, and damaged mirror.
