almost booked elsewhere after reading negative reviews but ,so glad we stayed here! My wife has high standards for clealiness and the room even passed her high standards.Check in was 2 minutes and all staff were friendly and always helpful.our room was on 6th floor with great views and a balcony we could sit on, in New Orleans tower. Today is Feb 23 2020 . We also booked dinner on dinner cruise and it too was a great experience! Casino was clean and drinks came quick and often,with many winners...will return

After all of the negative reviews I have to say I was really worried to stay here. We found the Colorado Belle to be nice. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't fancy, but the price wasn't high either. We enjoyed our stay.
