“Great location!”

Nice rooms, great location. Plenty of restaurants to eat at. Casino is plenty big as well. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. We arrived at 9am and were able to get an early check in. Early check in was $30 but the front desk staff waived the fee for us. Would stay here again.

The hotel and casino staff were awesome! Everyone was very friendly and attentive and helpful. I enjoyed myself immensely and plan on coming back again in the near future. I have also shared my experience with friends and know of others that are planning on attending bingo events in the future. I went for the super bingo tournament over New Year's and would like to say, I didn't feel that, that was very organized and was a little misled by the flyer; which indicated $200.00 for entry fee, which I wrongly assumed covered my bingo expenses. I also didn't realize that I should go early and register and buy my cards, etc. etc. ( I happened upon that because I stopped in the bingo room and was directed to the ballroom to register. ) The screens weren't working for the majority of the first day and we then started late as a result. The bingo staff during the event was pretty good, but acted defensive to customers about the issues they were having; which I thought was a little inappropriate. Overall, I enjoyed the event and as mentioned, I plan on going again. My final comment is in regards to the "general" bingo staff and games. I went thru the line and indicated I had never been there and needed help and the woman pointed at the pricing on the board. She was very unfriendly and very unhelpful. I didn't even know paper was an option until I sat down next to someone playing on paper. I had to ask other customers for help, since I didn't know what to do or where to go or how to get things started. I play bingo typically 4-5 days a week and I was very disappointed overall in the "normal" bingo at the Plaza. I paid $44.00 for what hardly seemed worth the games played. They are too short, too easy to win and the progressive games always give the person that just won a much better chance of winning the second game because they are already half way to winning the second game, with their first win. Finally, the prize money to me seemed ridiculous. I paid $44.00 and if I happened to win, (which I didn't) I would win $60.00 for most of the games. That hardly seems worth paying more to get more cards in the machines for better chances to win, when I would have to win multiple times to even get my money back. As mentioned, my overall experience at the Plaza was positive and I enjoyed myself. I have no plans of ever attending the "regular" bingo sessions again as they are now.

We were in the South Tower, and the noise from the Fremont Street band was really loud. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but unfortunately we were sick so we were up in the room early.
